Patrick L. Murphy, LEED AP

Patrick brings a wide variety of experience to building technology services.  He began his career working in historic preservation, affordable housing and energy efficiency fields before settling into traditional architectural practices.  Over the following twenty-five years he designed and managed residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and recreation and hospitality projects as well as authoring and managing master plans and large mixed-use developments.

He has authored papers presented at the AIA Committee on the Environment’s national convention, the Energy & Environmental Building Alliance (formerly the Energy Efficient Building Association) and regional historic preservation conferences.  He formerly served on the Habitat for Humanity with Disabilities advisory board.  He brings these experiences to bear on interactive and collaborative peer reviews and envelope consulting with a focus on improving building documentation and design processes.
